K. Victor Henckel von Donnersmarck
Victor has been active in the MUN world since 2001. He has been involved from the beginning of the Milan International Model United Nations in 2006, was a founding member of the MILMUN Association and has served as President since the beginning.
Currently Victor works for the Philanthropy & Foundations Team of the largest regional Bank in Hamburg, North Germany. Here, he is responsible for strategic and fundraising support to Non-Profits and Social Businesses in Northern Europe. Prior, he helped building a Swiss Foundation in Geneva, Switzerland, which provides consulting and knowledge management services to international organisations, states and NGOs active in the Peacebuilding sector. He has also gathered experience as a consultant with the United Nations with a focus on knowledge management.
Victor is both a German and Swedish citizen and graduated with a Bachelor in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi in 2007, and a Master of Public Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, in 2010.
Mirko is a graduate in International Relations at Università Cattolica of Milan and holder of a Master in Diplomacy at ISPI. He has also been an exchange student at the University of Geneva and Sciences Po in Paris. His professional career started in France and brought him to the USA, Belgium and Rome, where he currently serves as Consultant at the Food and International Organization of the United Nations.
As one of the founders of the MILMUN Conference and the MILMUN Association, he served as Head of Staff (2005-06) Team Manager (2006-07); Secretary-General (2007-08); Academic Consultant (2008-2009). He is an Advisory Board member and Treasurer of the MILMUN Association since 2008. Truly believing in the importance of MUNs, he also took part in a number of international simulations and is the founder and President of the UNISA MUN Society in Salerno.
Carlos Andrés Enmanuel
Carlos Andrés Enmanuel is one of the founders of the MILMUN Association, and has been a part of the initiative since the beginning. He has participated in various MUN’s including GIMUN, WorldMUN, THIMUN, ILCMUN, HNMUN, MUNTerrey, and many others. He currently works as a consultant in the Division of Technology, Industry and Economics of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Paris.
He has an undergraduate degree in International Economics and Management and a Master’s of Science in Economics and Management of Public Administrations and International Institutions from Bocconi University.
He also has a Masters in Political Science with a focus on International Affairs, and specialization in International Political Economy from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris – Sciences-Po.
Angelo holds a MSc in Economics from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics(2011) and a Bachelor in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University(2010). He is currently enrolled in the Master of Advanced Studies in Economics at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra where he works also as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant for the Macroeconomics undergraduate course. He has been an intern at the Morgan Stanley Spring Insight Programme and a trainee in the Accenture In-Company training. His MUN experience started when he was pursuing the IB Diploma in Germany, attending conferences in The Hague, Bonn first as delegate and then as chair. He was head of the G-77 group and ACABQ member in the first MUN organized by the UN itself in Geneva in 2009 and prepared several Bocconi delegations attending conferences abroad. Since he arrived in Milan he became an active member of the MILMUN association: Chair (2008), Secretary General (2009), Academic consultant and Head of MILMUN-Bocconi(2009-2010) and since August 2009 he is a member of the Advisory Board.
Gianpiero is a fresh graduate from Bocconi University. After obtaining an International Baccalaureate Diploma in Rome, he has spent his Undergraduate years in Milan studying Economics and Management for Arts, Culture and Communication. Currently, he is involved in the renewable energy sector, working as a marketing and a business development analyst in Mumbai, India, and plans on enrolling for a Master program in the near future.
As former Conference Manager of MILMUN 2011, he is a new member of the Advisory Board of the MILMUN Association, and plans on remaining involved in the MUN world for as long as he can. His past experiences in the field include Delegate and Chairperson positions in different editions of various MUNs across Europe.
Born in Romania, Patricia is an open-minded and sociable person. After having the possibility of living in various countries, she is currently studying for her Master in International Management + CEMS at ESADE University in Barcelona after finishing a Double Degree in International Business from Universita Bocconi and Central European University, Budapest. Her international background gave her the opportunity to meet a lot of people and develop a better understanding of cultures also due to her interest in languages. Patricia has worked for the United Nations Development Program where she helped organize a workshop on the theme of Democratic Governance. This experience made her interest in UN projects and goals grow bigger and she wanted to get involved in MUNs as well. As a result she decided to help organize the MILMUN 2012 Conference, as the Conference Manager. She joined the Advisory Board in 2012 after she realized she can use her skills to help MILMUN develop further and reach the new goals set by the Board.
